These terms govern your use of EasyShot (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them.
The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.
You own the data you create in the App (photos, text and their arrangement). It is stored only on your device; the developer has no access to it.
Backing up your data is your responsibility. If data is lost through device failure or loss, uninstalling the App, or actions taken by the operating system, the developer cannot recover it.
The App offers a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases, payments and refunds follow the terms and processes of Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
Purchased features can be restored with "Restore purchase" in the App when reinstalling with the same store account.
The App is provided as is. The developer does not warrant that it fits any particular purpose, is free of defects, or runs without interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data.
The developer may stop offering the App, with advance notice where possible. Data already stored on your device remains on your device.
These terms may change. A revised version takes effect when published on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over the developer's address as the court of first instance.
